Reusing content ensures consistent presentation, preserves rich accessibility assets (such as Sign Language videos, Easy Read images, and translations), and reduces respondent fatigue.
Reusable Components
- Sharing Sections: Publish entire questionnaire sections (e.g. demographic modules or standardized assessments like the Washington Group Questions on Disability) to the organizational library and embed them as live references or copies.
- Sharing Options: Create shared answer choice lists (e.g. Likert scales, country lists, or frequency options) and apply them across multiple questions.
- Sharing Logical Expressions: Define reusable visibility rules and conditional logic across multiple survey items.
